Sliced apples, pears, lemon rind and honeysuckle come through on the nose and palate. Medium to full-bodied with a creamy and crunchy finish. Intense acidity and minerality, like a solid Chablis. 

Stainless steel fermentation and aged for 9 months in old French barriques.
