Riesling 2022 750ml

The Grava Riesling is cold macerated on skins for a short time, followed by an extended press cycle.  It is fermented in stainless steel tanks with a small barrel component. The resulting wine has enticing aromas, great texture, and a strong acid backbone, which will ensure graceful ageing over the coming years.  

 

The 2022 Riesling is made in an off-dry style with lemon and lime characters.  11%. 8g/L residual sugar.
