Saint Vincent 2024 750ml

Saint Vincent, the patron saint of wine, bestowed the blessing of inspiration for this carefully crafted blend consisting of 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Saint Laurent, and 10% Lagrein, all meticulously hand harvested from a single vineyard site located south of Martinborough.

In a challenging vintage, marked by frost that resulted in significantly reduced yields, the presence and influence of Saint Vincent were particularly essential.

The grape varieties were fermented separately in individual lots prior to pressing and blending. Each was then matured separately, with the Lagrein portion held in a stainless steel tank while the others aged in oak barrels.

The final blending took place on 5th October 2025, resulting in a very limited production of only 500 bottles, which have now been released for your immediate enjoyment.
