Blanc Fume Sauvignon Blanc 2024 750ml
A single vineyard expression of Sauvignon Blanc, grown using natural farming methods. Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed, then fermented in one new French oak barrel: a cigar-shaped Cigare, made by Cavin from its Aphrodite range. Matured on lees for 24 months prior to bottling. Just 511 bottles produced.
