Lime Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir 2020 750ml

From our Lime Hill Vineyard 1.3 Ha was planted in Pinot Noir and Chadonnay in 2013 on a hillside 200m above sea-level.   The soil consists of clay on Limestone producing elegant wines in the Burgundian style.

Lime Hill Pinot Noir has a seductive bouquet with aromas of sweet roses, ripe red cherry, red current and raspberry, as well as a calm yet clear voice of vanilla spice and toasty wood.  On the palate – delicious! A wine for Pinot Noir fans.  Tells a story of spice and texture, soil and fruit, pinosity and region. Tannins are fine to moderate with a chalky feel, acidity is medium +, oak noticeable yet not overdone.  Balanced and well made.  Still reaching for it’s optimum harmony.
