-a fragrant, elegant and textured Chardonnay

Hand picked on the 12th and 13th March 2022, Clones 15 and Mendoza were whole bunch pressed and the juice went straight to barrel. Wild ferment with some occasional lees stirring - combined with approx 30% new oak in this Chardonnay adds a bit of structure and mouth feel. Stayed in barrel for 10 months before being bottled. 1322 bottles made. Vegan.
