Attractively fruited and gently lively, the bouquet of our Pet Nat Natural Wine Co Sauvignon Blanc shows notes of golden apple, apricot, and citrus peel, with a delicate natural spritz that adds brightness and energy. The palate is juicy and refreshing, finishing crisp and savoury with a soft, textural edge.

This Sauvignon Blanc is made in the traditional Pet Nat (pétillant naturel) style — bottled during fermentation to capture its natural bubbles. Fermented in stainless steel with minimal intervention, it retains a fresh, vibrant character that reflects both the grape and the season.

Our wines are made from certified organic and biodynamically grown grapes. They are low allergen, with low sulphur, minimal additives, and produced without any animal byproducts.

The label features a painting by the talented Noah Wright, depicting Young Nick’s Head, a regional landmark where Captain Cook first landed in New Zealand.
