Unfiltered Limited Winemakers Series 2024 750ml

Crafted with extreme care, this wine begins with the hand-harvesting of a small, select batch of grapes, totaling just 300 kilos. These grapes are gently basket-pressed, with the juice flowing directly into barrels for fermentation. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is meticulously monitored, racked only once to remove gross lees, and left to rest with minimal movement throughout the process. It is then aged for 17 months in barrel, allowing the wine to develop depth, complexity, and harmony.

No filtering or fining is applied, allowing the wine to retain its pure essence. It is manually bottled under cork, then sealed with a wax finish, adding a touch of artisanal flair. Each bottle is individually numbered, with only 260 produced from this extraordinary vintage—crafted exclusively in years when the fruit reaches its peak ripeness.
