Bendigo Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2020 750ml

The stony, schist-laden soils specific to Bendigo lend themselves to a pinot noir with solid and robust flavours, a complex mineral focus and structural tannins which will soften and evolve over time.

The wine is dark ruby in colour and the nose is full of dark fruit, mocha, cassis, and nutmeg. The palate is complex with plum and earthy notes supported by vanillin and fine oak and a long smooth finish.

A beautiful expression of site and variety in this single vineyard Pinot Noir.
