The clay rich soil at this Bannockburn site provides a richness to the wine and depth of flavour. The wine is 100% whole bunch fermented which has added a complex spice character to the wine while also having a lovely etheral fruit character and long soft finish.

The wine combines richness with spicy/savoury nuances; the engaging bouquet shows dark berry, bouquet garni, cured meat and nutmeg notes, leading to a refined palate that's filled with juicy fruit flavours with loads of fine, polished tannins. Its sturdy with a firm grip, et harmonious and wonderfully proportioned with a persistent satisfying fininsh.

A beautiful expression of site and variety in this single vineyard Pinot Noir.
