Misha's Vineyard
The Starlet Sauvignon Blanc 2025 750ml
"Classic aromas of citrus and passionfruit are contrasted with tropical fruits, then the palate opens up with huneysuckle, citrus minerality and lingering notes of star anise." Olly Masters (Winemaker).
“... expressive, the bouquet shows white-fleshed peach, green rockmelon, lemongrass and lime peel aromas. The palate is euqlly appealing with excellent vibrancy, slaine texture and beautifully pitched acidity, finishing lingering and exuberant. At its best: now to 2029..." Sam Kim, Wine Orbit.
4.5 stars “A top example of Central Otago Sauvignon Blanc...estate-grown at Bendigo, hand-picked, mostly handled in tanks but 27% of the blend was fermented with indigenous yeasts in mostly old French oak casks. Bright, light lemon/green, it is mouth-filling with vigorous, ripe passionfruit, peach and lime flavours, showing very good varietal character and intensity, savoury notes adding complexity, and a crisp, dry (3 grams/litre residual sugar), lingering finish. It's already drinking well" Feb 2026 (Michael Cooper, NZ Wine Buyers Guide)
