"A rather enticing bouquet with a mix of spice and ripe white fleshed, some citrus and fine lees qualities. Very generous and textured as the wine touches the palate, flavours of pears and poached apples, quince and mineral. Just off-dry with a lick of sweetness to counterbalance the warming alcohol and generous acid line. Lots of weight and satin cream touch leading to a lengthy finish. Well made and offering excellent drinking from 2024 through 2026.
