The wine displays a striking ruby hue. Aromas of red cherry, small blueberry, and crushed violet intertwine with hints of white and black pepper and a touch of cedar. It offers delicate tannins and perfect dryness on the palate, culminating in a finish of ripe berry fruit. Enjoyable now for its vibrant character, this Syrah will gain additional subtlety and complexity with 3–5 years of cellaring.
