Pinot Gris, Waiheke Island

Grown on a warm sheltered site in the western hills of Waiheke Island, this Pinot Gris shows a richer flavour profile typical of warmer climates.

The wine is 100% barrel fermented, with lees ageing for 6 months prior to bottling with a hint of natural sweetness. The nose shows characters of red apple, manuka honey, pear and cinnamon pie crust. The gently sweet palate is full and rich with breadth and length.
