Our Brut Non-Vintage is a classic Méthode Traditionelle style – comprising the three great varietals; the structure of Chardonnay, finesse of Pinot Noir and softness of Pinot Meunier, gently combined for 18 months on lees, creating subtle biscuit aromas of light brioche to create a beautifully complex yet elegant wine.
